I just purchased another Pro 10.5->11 update a few days ago because I wanted to “lock in” the 11 license on that dongle, too. grace period updates are available for Cubase 10 I suppose it means that we know you have Cubase 10 and if you buy Cubase 10.5 you will qualify for the Grace Period update to Cubase 11. We can’t be only allowed one grace period update even though we have more than one license, can we? I updated one Pro license on November 11. What is going on here? Can we not have more than one license for the same product? What if I want to sell one of those licenses or upgrade one to Nuendo? I’m completely baffled and seriously not happy right now with the way this has been implemented. However, you could potentially get Cubase 8.5 Educational edition for 329 (305) and then try qualifying for the grace period upgrade if you activated. When I tried to update my second Pro license (all on individual USB-eLicensers and only one plugged in at a time) I get the message that an email will be sent with the DAC, but no email exists. Actually, the update has been successful. I managed to update one Pro license and one Elements license. CUBASE PRO 11 - NON-UPGRADEABLE If your Cubase 11 license name has changed into non-upgradeable, there is nothing to worry about.

I am trying to figure this one out as well. Hello! I have 2 licenses of Cubase 11 in my account and both were activated during the grace period, but I received only one license for Cubase 12. Thankfully, I was able to get a free upgrade to 9.5 after activating the product, as part of the Steinberg grace period program.
